Overgrowing

It is a diploma series of paintings. It is slightly post-apocalyptic. Shows the destruction of the rural landscape as we know it. The images from this series are dominated by black which comes in to blur, or to devour the scenery with its elements. Machines on these paintings are abandoned, reminiscent of wrecks or skeletons. The atmosphere of strange silence, horror and hidden somewhere in the thickets of the atmosphere prevails.
